“A fantastic day trip by the boat "Flüelen" to Lucerne and back. Very friendly crew accompanying us during the outbound trip. On the way back, the staff were quite grumpy and sometimes unfriendly. They should think carefully about who they're snapping at: us Germans or the Asians who didn’t understand anything.....”
